Jethro S. Busch
Senior Counsel
Jethro S. Busch serves as Senior Counsel at LDY Law, adding depth in landlord-side defense litigation, partition actions, and buyer-seller disputes.
His practice strengthens the firm’s ability to handle the real estate matters that often grow out of landlord-tenant conflicts, especially when a dispute moves beyond an unlawful detainer or when insurance is not covering the defense.
He brings senior litigation depth to the ownership, sale, and defense matters that can become high-stakes quickly for property owners, landlords, and referral partners. His background helps expand LDY Law’s bench in the broader real estate disputes that do not fit neatly inside day-to-day tenancy issues alone.
